Exclusive Release — Terms & Conditions

By submitting a release for exclusive distribution through EEMR Mobile you agree to the following terms:

  1. You confirm that you own or control 100% of the rights to the sound recording, composition, and artwork submitted.
  2. You grant EEMR Mobile the non-exclusive right to distribute the release to the selected digital stores and streaming services worldwide.
  3. You will retain 85% of net royalties collected from digital service providers. EEMR Mobile retains 15% as distribution fee.
  4. Audio files must be delivered as 320 KBPS MP3 (or lossless) with artwork of at least 3000 × 3000 pixels, RGB, square.
  5. You warrant that the release does not infringe any third-party rights, contains no unlicensed samples, and complies with each store's content policy.
  6. Duplicate releases across stores are prohibited. Only one active version of each release will be delivered per platform.
  7. Takedown requests are honoured within 14 business days of written notice.
  8. Withdrawals of earned royalties can be requested via PayPal or bank transfer once the balance reaches the minimum threshold.
  9. EEMR Mobile reserves the right to reject or remove any release that violates these terms or any partner-store guidelines.
  10. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
